Q: Is charging for "pro-rated" edging normal?
A: Nonsense! While this is an industry standard- it is a poor practice. Companies will charge customers extra to edge sidewalks and drives often. We are changing this poor practice in Columbia! EVERY yard edged, EVERY time, NO EXTRA COST!
Q: Don't I want "organic?"
A: This is a personal choice. Natural is generally preferred, but sometimes you may not necessarily want manure where your kids play or where you eat! We are happy to educate and let you make an informed decision.
Q: Why do you mow an area, and then mow it again?
A: Thats what is called a double cut and is what seperates the pros from the amatures. Anyone can cut your yard and make it look good, the double cut is what makes it look great!
